8 Months

Yep, Elliott is now 8 months (and a few days) old! I know I say it every month, but time is flying by! He is such a cute little guy - just look at that grin! He is constantly smiling and charms just about everyone he sees. He's sleeping well, rolling and scooting around a lot and talking up a storm these days. He loves to be close to his big brother and his daddy. He's eating just about anything I put in front of him and especially likes to feed himself, which he is able to do quite well. I'm pretty sure he understands what "no" means already, but that usually doesn't deter him from whatever he's doing. He'll just smile that cute little smile and continue on with business. He's not crawling yet, but can get to a sitting position by himself and can rock back and forth on his hands and knees. I'm hoping he'll hold off on the crawling milestone until after our vacation at the beginning of next month...I want to relax a little and I don't think that'll be happening once this child can get around easily!
